steel wheels aren’t worth much, and the fact that they have used tires that are shot means someone has to dismount them or pay to have it done and then pay to have the tires thrown out($2.5-5per tire). If someone offers you 20 bucks id say take it. You probably don’t know how to dismount tires cause if you do that’s what you should do, they are only worth the steel wheels and the tires actually decrease the value.
