I have been looking at getting rids of the GTP and maybe moving to a used 1500 quad cab, my question is how is the gas milage compared to my 14-16 around town ad well as reliability and so fourth? Does nayone own one or driven one? ---

worked in a ton of them, adding in stuff and sucj, never did mechanical work to any…:dunno: ---

fas millage sucks also known fron transmission/converter problems ---

If its a 5.7L Hemi, expect around 9-10 around town. ---

Ya, i’ve ehard gas milage is bad but evry websight is differnet about that. And my car gets 14-16 town but 20’s highway. My girl gas a TITAN and i like em better than the fords and GM’s but i sure as hell can’t afford a 30g truck right now,lmao ---

my durango hemi got 14-15 mixed 20 highway with cruise on a good day…19 on a bad day ---

My buddy just got a 04 1500 w/the Hemi and he’s getting like 12/13 city and 18/19 highway ---

My dad gets about 17 in his, but it’s a 02 1500 with the 3.7 V6 so I would expect a V8 truck to be a little lower. ---

Damn Devin that is exacly what I was thinking about doing. Where I work we use Rams and it seems like they are solid trucks. I do all the finances for the fleet dept. and I reconcile the invoices, so I see all the repairs. Nothing too crazy ever happens to them. As for the tranny problems I think that was for the older style Rams. The newer Hemi’s shut down 4 cylinders while cruising…so that should help a little on the highway…but Hemi = more $$$. I drive out to the airport everyday and live right next to south park so that is they only thing stopping me from getting one…well that and wedding debt!!! Yeah Titans are sick…sat in one at the auto show and the quality is awesome. I would love to have one but they are $$$$$. ---

Yeah the deals on the 07’s are sweet…you can get a decent 4X4 for like $22K…or take the 0% for 6 years. At least that was the deals like a month ago…may be better now. ---

That is for 08 and newer…so it would not apply on the leftover 07’s
