My girlfriend just picked up a 03 sunfire with the ecotech. Car has been great for her, the blower motor just started to sound like it was chewing itself today, now its squeeking like crazy. No big deal, I’m going to put one in it tomorrow. I was looking at this thing, its right under the passenger dash, looks pretty simple to get it out of there. Only thing is that GM didn’t put any screws in it or bolts to hold it up? Is the whole thing all plastic welded together? Will I need to cut it out of there? I’m trying to figure out this setup, I’m looking at the thing and it doesn’t really have any bolts holding it in the housing. ---

if im not mistaken they should be 3 bolts holding it in. also you might have to buy the cage seperate ---

3 Philips screws… or was on the alero i did… and you could reuse the old cage…thats what i did…
