SOLD SOLD SOLD

Well I know the title may shock you all but I am putting this out as a feeler for a reason. I have had my eye on a certain house for years and I received a call today that the owner is expecting to relocate in a few months and if I was interested I can do a private party sale before it even hit the market. I was not expecting this and assuming I will be able to purchase it in the near future I would need to generate the cash for the down payment. Sooo…

_**C) All work done by Innovative**_

Here is a copy of my last page of the 5 page invoice:

 ![http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v488/jamalgq/Innovativebuildrecipt-1_zps52c5a5d7.jpg](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v488/jamalgq/Innovativebuildrecipt-1_zps52c5a5d7.jpg)

The price is $21,935
I also have a few misc receipts for things like the Perrin FMIC that are around $4000

I do have receipts for everything. Here is a recap
\*21,935 from the build that is a month old
\*4,000 in other parts like Perrin FMIC, radio, sub, turbo blankets etc
\*1,100 in new tires and alarm 2 weeks ago
\*15,000 for in between value on kbb for good/very good

All this totals out to be **$42,035**

**The Good**
EVERYTHING
The car rides and drives like a dream and is the fastest car I have ever experienced

**The Bad**
NOTHING

I know that is not going to be feasible and I am looking for a quicker sale rather than sitting on this. So I am going to ask
**$20000 HUGE bump for bottom line price drop!!!..bump for another big price drop**

716-848-9969

That is over $16k off!! There will be no low ball or part outs of this what so ever. This is basically the price of the car and half the cost of an insane build. Please spread the word as I would like to move it fast to grab this home. Thank you

That number seems reasonable actually. The turbo kit alone is $4,000. Probably $15k in parts there easily.

The maturity level in this thread is ridiculous. Of course this build could have been done cheaper. Then again, you get what you pay for.

This car is built for the long-haul by well-trained professionals.

I didn’t say anything about the build ? I said the power level ? Didn’t ppl cry because newmans car was only tuned to like 450hp ? I was simply wondering why the power level was cut so short for this particular setup considering the turbo size and stoutness of the motor
