Can you get a right hand drive car legally inspected in the U.S.? Or would you have to pay to have it converted (or convert it here)? ---

Ok, so even if that Skyline came to the US as a normal left hand drive car, it still wouldn’t be able to be inspected or anything b/c its not been crash tested and the such to be certified to be driven in the U.S.? ---
