Speed shifting = Holding it WOT, while pushing in the clutch and shifting…never letting off the gas for a shift Power Shifting = Shifting without using the clutch period. the thing is that the clutch is still whats transferring power from engine to transmission whether u depress the pedal or not. if its slipping already… and speed shift OR powershift isnt healthy for it. ---
