# 1-2 Bedroom Apartment

My and the wifey are looking for a 1-2 bedroom in the North BUffalo, Elmwood, West Side area for Setpember 1st. Not too picky, would love if appliances are included, but it’s not a deal breaker. Water and garbage included is a mega plus. Our budget is around 700-800 depending on if utilities are included or not.

I have a very nice fully remodeled unit steps away from hertel available. But it is $900. It is a very nice 2br with a huge master/walk in closet.

Appliances included (stainless siqqqq)  
Water and trash included.  
Has a dishwasher  
Pets OK  
offstreet parking available
