well lets start with last week end when i was having a good day saturday when my car over heated and i lost all my anti freeze and the bug was stuck at my buddys house. it was too late to get some . then sunday i was stuck home and i got my buddy to pick me up some anti freeze then i found out it was the wrong kind . i can only get the kind i need from vw so i had to wait to monday and it was $30 for anti freeze :eek . my vag said i needed a temp sensor another $30 now im broke and it still didnt work . i have been riding my bike to work while freezing every morning . to day i went to work and got laid off after working my ass off for 2 years because ny state owes northeast petroleum tech $1,144,658.72 for work we already did. They say they will pay the bill “someday” but they’re on a pay freeze. so i figure well i got out early ill fix my car then i checked it with my laptop again and it said it might be my wire harness or ecu . o and my 1985 s10 truck i just got because my grandpa died they lost the title to the truck and i was sapose to put it on the road this week . ---

Jeremy obviously if the car overheated you most likely need a water pump, the code is there because the ect temp went so high. I’ll guarantee you it’s the pump, take off the coolant resevoir cap and have someone start and hold the car at 4000 rpm, then check to see if there is flow through to the overflow tank. ---

hey shits geting better . i found the title for the s10 today .and i had an interview with a awsome company but its not the $ i need but somethings better than nothing and im looking for a 2nd job . + i talked to 1stgen (thanks so much) and found out its my water pump so next summer i can replace it and the timing belt (its due). ---
