After two hours of sitting in my mom’s car with my buddy watching Monty Python’s Quest for the Holy Grail, and random youtube vids, they STILL were not there to tow my car. Rant to follow when I’m more awake. ---

did you request a flatbed?? i know those usually take longer but that does suck complain and get another service call ---

Dont blame the guy that comes…its the guy who you originally called whos on his ass at home on the computer. Expessially when they insist on a service truck before a tow truck…no you dumbF the car CANT be fixed theres metal peices everywhere in the motor. “A service truck is right around the corner bla bla”. idiots. ---

omg i had the same problem the dumb ass sent me 2 service trucks… after that i said fu\*k it… now i just rent a u haul car trailer. ---

I can top that…on Feb 13th day after one of the storms they were still fizzucked. Called at 6pm…they arrived at 12:15am Luckily I was just chillin’ at the office not in the cold…at least they dropped the car off at the garage and then me to my house 20km away, even got me coffee LOL. ---

Nice ^ We didn’t even end up waiting it out, it was my friend’s card and he had to go, so I couldn’t make him stay. We’re gonna go early Sat morning and bring food, drinks & a laptop, so hopefully it’ll be better ---

hehe i did pretty good today called at 2pm and didn’t ask for a flatbed, caa came at 2:25 with a flatbed, thought they were going to give me a tow truck, hooked it up, and he even went on the 407 lol.
