did you seek medical attention? no matter how minor or serious the injuries are, you need to have it documented. free clinic, ER, who cares, that way if you have any issues with head injuries in a week you’ll have paperwork to back it up. ---

lol. 8 punches to the head and it just looks like you bit your lip? Your best bet would have been to get out of the car and show him how to punch. Or… if you weren’t comfortable doing that, you run him over when he gets back on his bike. Then you don’t have to be a tough guy. You could say you were blinded by tears and blood and couldn’t see anything. That sucks either way man. Good luck getting compensated. ---

crazy, I would have said he was a moron throwing his helmet around since it won’t do much good as a helmet any more but given the story and the fact he rides a cruiser it was probably one of those comical “helmets” anyway that wasn’t going to protect his head in a crash in the first place. ---
