it’s your responsibility to pay your bill. you need to make sure you have sufficient funds. You don’t go to price chopper, hand them a wad of crumbled up bills and a handful of change and tell them to count it, do you?

If you handed the cashier 5 20s would they hand them back to you and ask you to count it, and accept that blindly?

I’m not saying it’ll be easy, they’ll probably just refuse him and he’ll cave like a little bitch.
However, it makes the most sense that they’d have to count it, they certainly shouldn’t just take his word for it, whether it’s him counting it in front of them or not.

I would of kept the coins rolled but not in the boxes. The weight of the coins alone would piss them off when they carry them to the safe/bank. This is going to be good!

i left all the pennies in the car i go in and talk my way out of the ticket. He said because i drove from NY he dropped it.
I had the law stating who can/cant deny accepting change as a form of payment printed out in my pocket. i also had my lawyers business card incase it turned out even worst. Do you really think i would go trough all this work and bitch out?? wtf would be the point of doing this haha i was ready to throw the box on the counter and say “id like a receipt with that” This is good because i got out of a $100 fine by spending only $20 on gas. I have everything counted they are in $10 slots so i know what is what and i left $20 wraped. fuck no am i counting this shit im sure ill have another ticket sooner or later, and when i do ill be ready
im still kinda pissed i didnt get to pay tho…
