There’s no reason to pay in pennies to be a dick. You were doing something wrong, got a ticket, and it was the COP, not the COURT who was a dick to you. Would I have liked to see that you paid in pennies? Sure, it would’ve been a laugh or two. But I wouldn’t go through the trouble of doing it myself when I was in the wrong in the first place. Just my $.02.
