it’s your responsibility to pay your bill. you need to make sure you have sufficient funds. You don’t go to price chopper, hand them a wad of crumbled up bills and a handful of change and tell them to count it, do you?

he’s taking a risk that I wouldn’t take. I’d do the rolled coins
