thats great and all, but why would you run a 14b that far out of its efficency range. why not spend the few hundo on a 16g and have a turbo that will do that on less boost, and where it is efficent.
its not like he can run that kinda power all day long, but with the right turbo he could.

Its kind of like those wierdos that build d series motors, sure you can go faster with a b series for a little more $$, I guess its not the size of the boat for some

nope, totally different joe.
its not about going faster for more, its about going that fast all the time. if he just used the right sized turbo he could go that fast all the time, not just for a couple pulls at the track… and be safer doing it.

Hhahaha… Like the 16G is so much more efficient than the 14b… N00b. Just to say you have done it is the reason why it’s so cool.

the 14b. on look, it touches for a sec and then falls off in the 60’s
oh, look at that. the small 16g stays in the 70’s the whole time
here is a big 16g. also staying in the 70’s
these were plotted for a 1.6l reving to 7k. plot them for a 2l and the lil 14b will be even more pathetic.
red = 10psi
blue = 20psi

unless you have a trailer queen i dont think you will be making 10 sec passes on a stock turbo, daily driver.
