supposedly the new eLSD is much improved but people are still saying its lacking big time. Enough for a hard launch but not real course or auto-x driving.

i thought the evo’s were more than 31k? the one at denooyer is 38,9\*\*K thats ridiculous… personally i would never buy a new car… check engine lights and emissions… plus having a loan payment… just stupid i think

uhhh you posted that twice thornton… I wouldn’t buy a new car either. I don’t think I will ever own other than used unless I really needed an ultra reliable daily with a warranty.

Mostly girls. I got the evo 5 weeks after 2 fast 2 furious was released, so as time went on people started to smarten up and ask me if it was the car that paul walker drives… ugh. I dunno what was worse.
if I was a pedophile with a liking for early teenage boys, I’d be in heaven

This thread inspired me to go rip on a 135i today.
I wasnt sold on the styling until I saw the 135i in person (128i is the step-child, weird looking). It feels a little bigger than a Mini but much more planted. Goes like hell in a straight line and LSD-talk or not, you can put the gas down early in a corner. Brakes are epic, steering is direct and has that classic BMW road feel. Bitchin car, loved it.

Damn quick 335i with supposedly only a tune, catless downpipes and an intake. 11.89 @ 114 :wow

the new 3series are definitly quick I drove my dads 330 in a 6spd and it was fun as hell, handled fantasticly also

I knew that was coming so I have a test drive of the Evo scheduled for this afternoon. :tong How’s that for a comparison?
I’m M biased for the M cars that I like. I thought the first generation of the M Coupe sucked for performance being a parts-bin car. I also like the C6 Vette, Porsche 944, New Benzo C-Class and other cars I’ve driven. If a car kicks ass, I like it. If not, I dont (350z…). The 135i kicks ass.

Exactly, I dont give a flying crap how they compare to each other. I could’ve made my choice LONG before driving either.
