what do i need to rock one of these guys out? or would i be better off getting one of those little honda joints that looks like a vespa? i think they are only 49cc ---

- headlights - tailights - turn signals - horn - helmet - licence plate - registration - insurance - inspection sticker I think they have to be able to do a minimum top speed like 45 mph or something like that. ---

yep. Actually I think you will need a licence regardless, but I’m not sure. Hit up DMV website. ---

you do not need a MC license for anything udner 49cc… which is why mopeds are rentable ---

i don’t know how it is in NY, but i’m pretty sure it’s similar. here, you don’t need a license or anything. just buy and drive, depending on engine size. it’s just like owning a bicycle. ---
