posting for a friend.

_3_ Exel HS-113 wheels, with smoked General tires.  
dual 5 bolt, I’m unsure what exactly they are. i can’t  
find much online about them. the wheels aren’t in great  
shape. track wheels, beater wheels, i dunno. asking  
$100
