we should seriously start another one that says “Justin VanNostrand is guilty” and steam roll them. With all the connections this site has, it could turn epic in hours.
They are claiming he “doesnt remember anything” yet didnt they say he walked away with bumps and bruises? Come on. I hit a fucking tree with my body off my motorcycle and cracked a carbon fiber helmet I hit so hard, I REMEMBER EVERY DAMN DETAIL PRIOR TO, IMPACT, AND AFTER.
I am fucking pissed, trying to cop out of something he damn well knew what he was doing. Even if he doesnt remember the incident, he remembers all the other times he drove like an asshole and “got away with it”.

John, yes we all stunt around and do dumb shit, but many of us are smarter then to do it with other people in the car and in areas where we don’t know whats on the other side of the hill, or a turn. anyplace we dont know
I fucked around once in a way which I know that was extremely fucking dumb and dangerous with someone I know in the car and even when I pulled back in I was like wow, that was fucking retarded
Doing a 140 bomb in your buddies car on the thruway to check it out etc like many of us have done in friends cars is a little diff then doing a 100mph bomb on some country back road with 2 people in the car

Exactly.
As KrazyKid said, there is a right and a wrong way to hoon around.
A guy doing a wheelie in the middle of the highway with a passenger on the back is not the same as a guy doing it on an empty back road in full gear.
Us hooning around on backroads snow drifting is not the same as a guy doing it in middle of rt9.
Some do it for themselves and minimize the risk of danger to themselves or others.
While others do it to be “cool” TO others with no consideration of others.
Edit: I hope none of this kids sign up here, then I’ll have to shut down this thread for their friend ☹ :rolleyes
