As KrazyKid said, there is a right and a wrong way to hoon around. A guy doing a wheelie in the middle of the highway with a passenger on the back is not the same as a guy doing it on an empty back road in full gear. Us hooning around on backroads snow drifting is not the same as a guy doing it in middle of rt9. Some do it for themselves and minimize the risk of danger to themselves or others. While others do it to be “cool” TO others with no consideration of others.
