**1990 Mazda Miata (MX-5 Roadster) V-Spec _\* limited edition \*_** The following car is currently available through a supplier in Japan - the price is 168,000 yen FOB, which should work out to be **around $4,900 landed** including estimated costs for shipping, import duty, GST, AC tax and our service fee _(excluding registration/inspection costs)_ The initial payment should be around $1,800 for the FOB price of the car, plus $1000 for our service fee. any pics of the car at all? is it possible to get a quote on swaping it to 5 speed before it gets shipped? im sure people will be asking that if there is any interest. GT ---

I should also mention that this price is outstanding for a V-Spec model … this is evern cheaper than most of the boring base model examples without leather, hardtop roof, etc… If this car isn’t picked up by someone soon then I will almost certainly buy it myself at this price 😉 ---

Normally the cost of getting work done in Japan is more than doing it once the car arrives - with most JDM cars you can save $$ on the parts in Japan which can make it worth doing there, however Miata parts shouldn’t be hard to get in Canada so it’s probably better to convert it there.
