How is the 2.5 as far as power goes?
My brother is thinking about buying a Jeep at some point and is thinking of getting one with the 2.5.
He wants one thats not a project and not rusty though.

GL on the not rusty find. Most Jeeps the frame rots out by the rear wheel wells and the fenders and tubs are usually gone. Best to find the newest one possiable, but you will pay a lot more. The 2.5 is great with stock size tires. Its not horriable with 33’s unless your going up long steep hills. Other then that its pretty peppy.

Yeah, it seems theyre all rusty around here but he’s willing to go south to get a good one. I dont know how much he wants to spend either.
It would just be a second vehicle for him and he’s not 100% sure he’s gonna buy one yet.

Dude I just sold my 97 with 31’s no lift and it had RUST and 176k miles and got 4k for it.

Yea I do have it priced slightly low to sell it quicker. I understand mines not mint so I reflected that in the price somewhat.
