Your K04 Equipped, Nitrous spraying, helium filled New Beetle is only .9 seconds faster than a bone stock GTI WITHOUT the better 02M transmission? You must be like Don Garlits behind the wheel! Here is a hint: Turn off the fucking traction control! I cant believe there is mention of needing traction control whilst driving a new beetle in a straight line at the drag strip! I think you’re trying to say you ran 13.9 without spray, with traction control off. Then you used the spray, and traction control, and ran slower? How about no traction control and you just use your right foot for traction control. ---

hey stockcarboy. if you wanna call me out. do it somewhere other than the internet. it hurts my brain trying to comprehend what exactly it is you are trying to put out. oh yeah see my EDIT to your post. you cannot beat me with your BAD BUG. just to clarify my run was a 14.06 @ 105.7mph with a 2.5 60ft, MISSING 3rd GEAR, but i stayed in it. my 330ft and 1/8th mile were better than that of a friend of mine with a 28RS setup in a GLI that went 13.6 @ 108… **PS. i go into 3rd RIGHT BEFORE THE 1/8TH MILE MARKER… DO THE MATH** **15psi, street tires(215’s) full weight + some, no pressure change, stock SMIC, 90\* track temp, no launch, or traction for that matter…** ---
