# 2.4 LD9 build help

Well, I am pretty close on having all the parts to build a stronger short block for my 99 Z24. It has a 2.4 LD9 motor in it which is pretty similar to the older 2.3 quad 4’s
Does anyone know of a reputable machine shop that has experiance rebuilding 2.3/2.4’s in the area???

I may ask Jeff @ 1st Try about. I want to go down there anyway to have my exhaust adjusted
Mantapart doesn’t have the best customer service, but he has good parts and sent me all the parts I have paid for. I would love to have one of Mantapart’s 2.5 short blocks, just not sure I want to open that door and have nothing but trouble

mantapart is a joke, and RSM is out of bussiness for the same reason.
