“we” aren’t stealing, Haliburton is “helping” them to refine it so they can make their money selling it to Exxon and give the rest of Europe and the Western world a few cents off a gallon. You really gotta feel for the Europeans, they are paying what equates to almost $5 per liter for gasoline.
