The Buffalo Bills did a lot of firing this week and that leaves my rental available soon. It’ll likely get filled by new personnel, but the more interested, the better. I’m just putting this out there, i don’t think this will appeal to the NYSpeed masses but i’m putting my place up for rent. Located at the 7th fairway of Brierwood Country Club, the townhome comes provided with all new high quality stainless kitchen appliances including a built-in wine cabinet. Laundry room includes new front load washer and dryer. This unit also boasts a new, fully renovated kitchen and bathroom. Recent renovations include additional living room space was added to the basement which provides a walk-in closet and full bathroom with heated floors and the ultimate relaxation shower. The finished 700sq-ft basement living space was not included in the 1700sq-ft of this unit. All landscaping, lawn care, and exterior maintenance is provided by the association at no additional charge. Also included is water and trash pick-up. sexy place… IIRC, you cannot legally have a bedroom in the basement unless there is a form of exit besides the stairs. So I think this is why he is saying 2 bedrooms… ---
