Nice area-- quick access to the thruways. I lived on Ellen for over a year and now live a block or so over. Decent price for the condition of the place and the area (I did a LOT of apartment hunting in this area and most stuff is around 650-700/mo and aren’t as well kept as this). Glwr! ---

Thanks guys, the location is why I picked this house if the first place. It’s right in the middle of everything. I wish I lived there again, I just asked the tenants what the utilities are and it’s only $50 for gas and $40-$50 for electric. I am paying more than double that where I live now. ---

Hey everyone, thanks for the interest and the questions, sorry have been late to respond to some questions. I had over 30 emails for the apartment in 12 hours and 15 people show up to look at it earlier this week. I ended up renting it out without a problem and had to turn a bunch of good candidates away. I know, I can’t believe it ended up like this, I wish the timing had been better. She was the perfect tenant though. I walk in there and it’s like Martha Stewart decorated and lives there.
