Couch was purchased 2 years ago for over $1,000. Priced to move…my loss is your gain!!! Tags still on fold out. The mattress is still sealed in plastic. Never slept on. The couch is otherwise “New” with the exception that it is in fact not new. Very clean. No pets. No smoking. Couch Dimensions: 82" x 36" x 34" With Bed Open total size is: 82" x 90" Mattress size (Queen): 72" x 60" Asking **$300.** Somewhat negotiable. No reasonable offer refused. In all honesty, if you are closing on a house don’t buy this. Save your $$$ for plumbing, electrical, tools, dishes, a toilet brush…etc. ---
