Theres another one dead in Tondawanda. A wilson kid. the lockport kid survived and fucked up his life royally. She was taken to DeGraff Memorial Hospital, where she was pronounced dead, North Tonawanda police said. The driver, Ryan Lacey, 21, of Lockport, was charged with driving while intoxicated following the crash on Ruie Road, police said. I was wondering what all the noise was about. I live real close. ---
