2000 Mercury Cougar for sale. RUSTY, rockers and some on quarters. 4cy 5 speed. 112,000 miles. Just did water pump, timing belt and related tensioner and pulleys. Runs and drives great, but hasn’t been on the road in a while. Clutch is strong, no leaks anywhere, brake lines are new, tires are newer, brakes are newer. Some noted problems that need to be addressed (or ignored and just drive it): Parking brake needs adjustment. Some bulbs (markers and plate lamp). LF control arm bushing is separated. 1 gas tank strap is broken. $1100 obo Located in Lancaster NY. Text me for pictures, can’t seem to get them to load from the computer. Jeff @ 716 570 3082. Gas tank strap fixed. New control arm bushing installed on left side. Fixed the parking brake. Replaced some bulbs. UP TOP. I may take it to get inspection done if buyer is interested.
