For the record, seller finally got in touch with me so thank you to whichever members escalated the situation by informing Brian that I was “bashing him.” I cant tell you how much I resent that but in the end, I did end up getting what I wanted, unfortunately through all the wrong means. > [@GV1390](#): > > OP- You have Brian’s number. It really could just be a hang up in communication Everyone was even saying to just give his name up and I wouldn’t because I know based on only hearing my side of things, hed be guilty by the masses. THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I DID NOT WANT The sad part is, I cannot defend myself without throwing others under the bus and divulging every reasonable effort i’ve made to get this title short of having his phone number. The point is, nobody was attacked here, everyone did the right thing (except for me being the dumbass who lost the title in the first place) and I HOPE I CANT BE ANY MORE CLEAR, THAT I NEVER BASHED THE SELLER, AND WAS HOPING THERE WAS A REASONABLE EXPLANATION… AND THERE WAS! nyspeed solved the case, sincerely thank you! ---

I never did anything except for post in this thread a bit too much while bored at work. Very happy this has worked out for you man although i’m bummed their won’t be drunken 2.5rs jump videos posted up on youtube anytime soon. ---

And Brian, Publicly, thank you very much for finding me. Again, hope none of this came off the wrong way. You seem like a stand up dude, and truly, I just wanted to know if there was a way to get the car titled any other way, and after I found out not, to just sell it. Did not mean to have you hear about these threads this way. Truth be told I made these threads because I DID NOT want to bother you further for doing an asshat move on my end. Again I never even used your name on here. ---

I don’t know either party personally. But I didn’t take what MOBOOST4U was putting in this thread as bashing. He admitted to making a stupid mistake and seemed like he didn’t know what to do so he started a thread. Most people didn’t know who the previous owner was because MOBOOST4U didn’t put it out there because he didn’t want it to look like he was bashing him. This isn’t a common situation but it seems like everything will work out. I don’t think either party should get shit for what went down… ---
