i see your a noobie. Nothing wrong with that, but you might get blasted on here.

yes you can keep the gauge it self. the outside dia. of the gauge itself (not counting the bezel) is usually a standard size. What gauge do you have, make and model. 99% chance it will fit without issue.

the pods are marked with a cutout dia. match that dia with the gauge and slide it in the pod. :thumbup
