Seeing as the loan was in his dads name I guess they didnt have to pay whatever was left they owed. He could have paid it off, but he and his mom were going through tough times from what had happened and ended up not paying it off. So, that being said, he never got the title for it. The quad was NOT stolen, and everything I have said is the truth to the best of my knowledge.
