Any start up rattle (a sign the tensioners are going)? Also, what are the upgrades?

No rattle at all on startup

H&R coil overs, miltek full exhaust, apr chip, jhm stage 3 clutch and lightweight flywheel, jhm short throw shifter, 19in BBS rims, and it’s got the RNSE headunit and recaro seats
