YES IT IS A SCAM. if it seems to good to be true, then it IS too good to be true.

[sarcasm]omg so I called the guy and he was like hey come over so I did and he said I could have the car for the asking price is I accidentally him and I did but he didn’t give me the car so I got mad and made sure the post got flagged for removal so now I have bumps on my lips and I think I am gonna go to the hospital laterrrrr[/sarcasm]
