# 2005 suabru impreza 2.5 rs

As the title states. Ive owned this car for about 3 months. Its been a great car runs and drives good. Car is mechanically sound. It is an 8 year old car so it has its share of dents and scratches. Nothing major that a dent wizard couldnt correct easily. Reason for selling: I love the car but Im a honda guy at heart and miss the simplicity and comfort of driving a car I know like the back of my hand. That being said I will entertain trades for honda/acuras
rundown:
\*127,000 miles
\*5speed
\*clean title
\*black
\*brand new ngk irridium spark plugs and ngk blue wires at 126,500 miles
- brand new oem floor mats
\*blox weighted shift knob
\*subaru performance technology exhaust
\*ebay projector headlights with led daytime running lights.
- was told newer engine was swapped in at 123,000 miles with a motor that had 62,000 on it. But I have no paperwork or documents to prove that. I do believe the previous owner though because of the way the car drives and how clean the motor looks compared to the rest of the car.

Sorry forgot to add a price. The stock headlights I do not have unfortunaltey. These aftermarket ones arent too bad though to be honest.Asking somewhere around 5500 id suppose.

Bump for a few pics. Again bear with me its been soo mother f ing cold out lately I havent been really able to get any. Car is now check engine light free and ready to go to a new home. I have my eye on a new car from a local dealer.

Wish this was a wagon. Wish you had the stock headlights. I’m going to ask you a million idiotic questions, make you take more pics, then never buy the car. GLWS. Do you know if the car used tears of endangered white bengal tiger cubs oil? Do you know if the previous owner tucked the car in every night and sang Kumbaya to it while waxing it in a counter clockwise motion? “If you still have this in the spring”… I’ll still not buy it and say “If you still have this in the fall.” Sort of want. Good seller, I’ll vouch for him. Where was this when I was looking for one for $2000?
What other NYSpeed fggtry responses did I forget?

I think asking the price and whether he has stock parts is info that should be included in the original post…but your right my post was such a waste of time…especially compared to yours

Dang I would have snapped this up over the summer when I was shopping. It’s hard to find anything that isn’t a pile for \<$6k.
Do you have any record of the timing belt being done? The odds are pretty good that it was done on the engine before it was swapped in, that’s not the kind of thing you want to bet on.
Have fun. I’d be willing to bet this thing will go within a week.

I hope soo, considering its winter and its hard finding a subie that isnt a rusted 99 for under 6k im hoping it sells quick. I have no record of the belt being done, but I popped the cover off and took a peek at it and it looked pretty good with no dry rot or cracks.
