I went and looked at it today, it fired right up i rode it down the street and i was ready to buy it and there is only a copy of a title. Sucks would have been cool for the girlfriend to learn on! ---

[http://www.nydmv.state.ny.us/dmvfaqs.htm](http://www.nydmv.state.ny.us/dmvfaqs.htm) just so every one is aware it doesn’t indicate that the original mco is needed the previous owner had it registered with the copy of the mco, oasis and i are probably going to the dmv to see if it can be put on the road… ---

Click the moped link from your link. It says MCO, bill of sale, OR previous registration transferred to you. Then below that “Title required? No.” ---
