I rode it it the other day and it had pretty good traction, i guess saturns owned by people who owe people 20 bucks have trouble breaking tires loose? : ) ---

GTP and redlines are similar only on the fact that they are gm’s and boosted by eaton blowers… oh and fyi a gm stage II kit nets you 15psi. Stock we run 12.5. So anything past 15psi just means fun. ---

smash the pedal? haha mine will burn 2nd rolling without a shift either way you’re right, i know nothing of cobalts and was merely speculation based off my own roots blown experience. no harm no foul ---

ya i know isn’t tq a wonderful thing. those 3.8s just put out gobs of it once modded. Ya I mean we are running to basically the peak airflow of the compressor map. Some ppl even drop to 2.5" pulleys (off the compressor map) to really shift their power band mainly. And with enough cooling mods can get some very impressive numbers out of it. However I feel the same numbers can be made with out going off the compressor map. and ya I had a 2001 SSEi once. It was alot of fun, heavy, but fun. ---

was your SSEi Modded? when modded they are even more fun…noone expects a Bonneville as for the weight they are not that heavy, about the same as a GTP street trim i get mine to just 35xx race weight…hell the front seats alone are 80 lbs a piece ---

haha it had a weak short ram intake LOL. sounded good but i think it hurt performance. ---
