Typical one for me. I want to get more serious about my diet…get up to about 220-230 (205-210 now) lbs and roughly 10%-12% Body fat. I have the dedication to hitting the gym but to eat what I am supposed to and how much I need to work on. And as always try to be a better/nicer person. ---

start exercising again. Stop smoking. Pay all my bills on time. Stop sleeping in till 1pm every day. Get everything lined up for the business. Make a shit load of money, buy Pittspeed from whitey and ban PewterSS randomly from time to time just to fuck with him. ---
