Alright it’s that time of year again. I am organizing a scavenger hunt this year and it is going to take place on Saturday, October 18th, 2008. We usually go from about 2pm - 5pm, meet up at a bar/restaurant in the southtowns and party afterwards. The cost is $25 / person and you must have a team of four. For $25 you get a t-shirt, food, pop/beer, with all the remaining money going to prize money. I would like to get team info such as names and participants by this week and then start collecting money by the 27th. There are some NYspeeders that can vouch for the scavenger hunt, they did it last year and I think they had a good time. Hope to see you there. ---

I would def. love to do something like that where we hind stuff and make people find clues and stuff but that would take a lot more planning then I have time for by myself. As of right now, you show up around 1:45, usually somewhere downtown, we read the rules, and then hand out two lists. One list is of items you need to get and get and bring back with you, the other list is of pictures you need to take. Everything is worth points with bonus points available on every picture. ---

You drive. Pretty much we start in the city and end in the southtowns. To be honest, you dont need to know to much about the southtowns because things havent been southtown specific. There should be lists on the website you can check out, if not I will have them up tomorrow. I think we had about 50 items you needed to bring back with you and 50 pictures you need to take. ---

In like muther fuckin flint! I had such a blast last year. My favorite part: Fuzzy: Jim, how fast are you going? Me: um…155… Team Buffalo Scooby? Rob, Fuzzy - maybe we can pick up RedRocket for the southtown knowledge? As far as changes - my suggestion from last year was a multiplier for doing multiple items at the same time, (pic of team in pyramid while wearing value aprons is worth more than the two items alone) ---
