I bought this car brand new from Lindsay VW in Dulles, VA. I moved back here in October, and this is the only winter it has been in Buffalo, and it’s certainly been a weak one. I have driven it all around the east coast (literally) and have never had a single problem with it. I have done regular maintenance (Tires, brakes, filters, plugs, oil etc) but other than that this car has needed nothing at all. This thing has **never even had a CEL** (Check Engine Light) – Imagine that. On a VW. **Details:** ~116k miles 170hp 2.5L Inline 5 cyl - Gets ~31mpg 5-spd Manual New pads/rotors Plugs, filters, etc done last at 98k Oil changed with Castrol Syntec(OEM Oil) + OEM Filter every 5k 17" GTI Denver wheels w/Hakkapeliitta RSi Snow tires Comes with 15" Steelies + Hubcaps also GTI 6-disk/mp3 radio with Aux input GTI Leather center arm rest Brand New set of GTI Monster mats Sorry about the wetness in the pics. I had an idiot room-mate who leaned across my drivers seat to get groceries out off the passenger seat when it was 3-weeks old. Ash fell off his cig and it caused this. I swerved and missed the first one but the second one ran head-first into the side of the car(I hope he broke his own fuckin neck). Its not bad damage at all, but it did scrape the paint and put a little almost un-noticable dent in the side. There is a chip at the very front of the hood that has a little surface rust. Its about 1/4 the size of a dime. If these blemishes really bother you I’m sure a body shop could fix them relatively cheap – This was a great commuter car and I used it as such, so it never really bothered me. Looking for $7850. You should also mention that the miles are tons of highway driving from va to buffalo! I have driven this car a bunch of times, and rode in it a ton, super solid car, Brian keeps his stuff tip top Glws broski jones ---

Bump. Throwing around the idea of selling this possibly, same price. Car now has 125k on it and is very reliable. Nothing has changed other then it has summer tires on the 17’s and oil changes.
