I’m Looking to be an adult and buy a house. So time to sell off the toys. Had this for sale a while ago, upgrade do and rebuild stuff so I figured a new add would be easier. 2009 Can Am Renegade 800 X package. 1942 miles I have the paperwork in hand. Motor was rebuilt at 1937 miles. I had a fuel injector fail and stick open, flooding the motor with Fuel / oil ( self cleaned! ) At this point I Tore it down and maybe went a bit over board on the rebuild. The only real issue was cylinder wash, the bottom end was still perfect. I’m OCD and replaced everything anyway. The heads and pressing in the crank bearings where done by Thayer sales and service. The Valve seats where cut to text book perfection. If you have any questions feel free to contact me. I can get compression / leakdown numbers at any time, or do them with you present. Motor Maintenance Crank Polished and Measured New OEM Timing chains New OEM Timing chain tensioner’s New valve cover gaskets New OEM crank bearings New OEM rod bearings New OEM rod bolts New OEM Gaskets Motor performance Griffin performance 940 Kit 12:5 JE pistons Heads where rebuilt,valve seats where re cut, preload set on valve Springs and checked for coil bind. MR. Rpm low profile valve seals Stage 2 woods - rotax cams MR.RPM Titanium Retainers New MR.RPM Over sized valves 33mm intake / 29mm exhaust Port and polished heads Full Ron wood exhaust New Turbo Maverick Injectors Power commander 5 Dual auto tune. MR.RPM 51mm bored throttle body MR. RPM cast thermostat housing/ water neck. Twin Air /Can Am Air filter Modified air box lid to let more air in, Two holes that are 2 ¼ with Frogzskin covering them. Drive-train Stock 1000 Primary. Secondary is all brand new. New inner and outer sheaves New shaft New Helix Removed the factory foam filter from the CVT intake and replace with and over sized outterwears to keep clutching clean and cool. New OEM belt @ 1600 miles Suspension Hygear pro package dual rate shocks Rear primary springs are [#180](http://www.nyspeed.com/usertag.php?do=list&action=hash&hash=180) Fronts are [#160](http://www.nyspeed.com/usertag.php?do=list&action=hash&hash=160) Secondary springs are all [#250](http://www.nyspeed.com/usertag.php?do=list&action=hash&hash=250) I have the primary’s powder coated, so the numbers are gone, but I measured the spring thickness before sending them out so them went back on in the same location. Body Rox 2’’ bar risers Pro Armor Kill Switch Front bash plate Front CV skid plates Center skid plate Foot well skid plate Rear diff guard Outter CV guards Other / Maintenance -New OEM A-Arm bushings. -BullMoose motor mounts ( not solid ) -I replaced the RR wheel bearing, I have the other 3 new in the package still for when the others do go. -Rear diff was rebuilt, Had a leaky seal so I replaced all the seals and bearings and set backlash. -New OEM rear drive shaft assembly. I have receipts for almost all of this. I’m sure I’m missing a few things. At this point I have lost interest in the ATV, I have started another build of different nature. Its in the back of the shop on a battery tender.
