I don’t see a joint between the quarter panel and the bumper… is that all one piece? I’d be okay with replacing that grille, true ---

There is a seam there, you can barely see it about 2/3rds of the way up the headlight. If it was all one piece, it would be next to impossible to work on these things. ---
