This is probably a long shot here but I have been searching for a while now and found that outside of the police cruiser wheels these don’t exist.

Until this morning on my way to work I spotted a 2017 Ford Explorer XTL with regular non police cruiser steel wheels and snows. If anyone has a set or knows where I can snag some your help is greatly appreciated!

Looking to put on my 2013 Ford Explorer Sport for a winter setup. Thanks!
