why do you waste your time running cars that you kno you will beat and waste gas? and sounds like a bunch of ricers if you ask me, anways i had a good time and am looking foward to many cursies this year

this is more of a tea leaf comment… but maybe next time people leave to do pulls you bring maybe 5 cars instead of 20. And don’t let some inexperienced honda kid lead the pack…

Because i am bored standing in a parking lot, and all the cars that have been there so far this year that are respectable i have already played with. Plus when people tell me their cobalt SS will go 200mph i have to see that one for myself :lol:

I cannot agree with you more. I HATE going out to do something and having 30 shit box econo cars following behind blocking both lanes and pissing off other drivers.

A sub 3k lb car with 350hp or whatever the kid claimed should be a good run and a CRX with a claimed 400 wheel should beat me :gotme: I just want to have some fun rather than just standing around every time i go up there.

Haha I went to Mighty and then followed a couple people over to that Tea Leaf place… Stayed for a bit but left when I realized everyone else was 16!

Well i’m guessing your around 450whp but i will run you for the fun of it… If your gonna race a cobalt you should race the fastest one around 🙂 And i’m not claiming to have the fastest car ever its just a quick cobalt lol…
I’m not big on street racing but it would be nice to set something up somewhere that we have the least chance of getting pulled over i have too much to lose if i lost my license and i’m getting too old for this stuff haha… But i won’t cry about transmissions and tires if something breaks i’ll fix it cause you can’t expect not to break anything when you double or triple hp.
I will have my car back in a week or so and it would be nice to see how it performs even though your probably gonna beat me. But its not just a tune bolt on car so hopefully i don’t waste your time and gas too much. 🙂

Apparently some kid locked his brakes up and they guy following him hit him and so on and so forth right down the line… i dont remember how many cars it ended up being total… i was bummed i missed the cruise until i heard that… i honestly cant believe it wasnt posted on here yet…
On a brighter note, tea leaf is pretty cool… hope to see the meets moved that way… maybe it wont get so much attention from amherst pd because of the location…

Wow that’s crazy. Maybe jt76 is right ^^ that a lot of stuff doesn’t get posted on here anymore.
I liked Tea Leaf too. You’re right that it’s a good location, you really can’t see back there from the road. At least I don’t think so. They also have some good bubble tea!

You will crush me at the track even if i run slicks your probably a low 11sec car? But i would like to hit the track this year just to see what my car traps. I only have drag radials right now i want to pick up some 17" M&T motorcycle slicks so i don’t have to take of the brembo’s off. I’m not into racing all the time i just wanted quick DD that was good on gas cause my truck is a pig.
