Just got this info from a Hong Kong site which they claim local dealer got the first one. Enjoy!

looks like big-piston-forks in the front
don’t see any traction control sensors though

It looks to me like the only visual changes are the vents by the headlights

They siad in the article that the 2nd Gen C-ABS and traction control is not in the demo bike, could be options.

Cbrs and Gsxr’s rarely see major changes.
This is about as big as it gets for them.
And the front end is entirely differerent. They are going back closer to the 05 look instead of the stubby nose as the red one above.

how the hell can they claim 20 years they stopped making the 1000rr in 1994 and then brought it back in 2004 after the flop of the 900rr 929 and 954

I like the colors its traditional hrc colors looks like I may have found something to upgrade too
