The Grand Cherokee is the last midsize SUV that they haven’t turned into a glorified minivan. Hope it stays that way. An SUV is not meant to be just a tall car. ---

A lot of people are thinking this is the redesign of the Grand Cherokee. This is the Cherokee. It’s replacing the Liberty. The 2014 Grand Cherokee is still a real truck, and even better looking than the 13 was. ---

If that’s the case, then the internet is making a huge deal out of nothing. I (like many others apparently) thought the “Cherokee” was gone for good and this thing was replacing the “Grand Cherokee.” ---

Yeah I’m not sure why so many sites are making a big deal out of this. Jeep released the new Grand Cherokee at the international auto show last month. It looks great. This truck has been in the works for a couple of years to replace the Liberty. I think we are going to lose alot of customers because of this. I get people all the time looking for a liberty because they drove Escapes and hate the new rounded body style of the escape. For some reason people still love big boxy suvs. ---
