Weigh it before putting a deck on it, to reg it under 1k. I got mine weighed at the truck stop by uhaul on broadway. ---

I called the wieghts and measures dept for NYS and they sent me a list of places close to me with cert scales I can go to. I might even remove one axle to get the weight down if need be! lol I dont see that thing weighing over 1Klbs as it sits now though, but I bet its close. dunno, ill figure it out. ---

I am going to make the ramps nice, and have them slide in under the trailer and lock in place with receiver hitch pins to keep them put. I have to see how tall this bitch is and then figure out a nice ramp height and angle. I could maybe make a bad ass compound ramp, that had a pivot angle in the middle to make them kind of like a dove tail design to make them shorter but still not bottom out of slam the lip into the ramps. Edit basicly make the ramps short ehough so the car doesnt high center at the break over point on the end of the trailer, then have a 3-4 foot long flap at the end where it hits the concrete that folds out to extend it a bit more and mellow out the approach angle getting onto the ramps. ---

I just looked at the pic again. the ass end seems to be about 12" -14" off the ground. Based on the wheel dia and the rocker height on the s10 next to it in the pic. I think a simple flat ramp about 10’ long is plenty. every foot it rises about 1-2 inches or so. then if I really needed I could weld on a piano hing with a 1/2" thick plate about a foot or 2 long that I could fold down for the uber low cars. ---
