# 219 on public roads? VID

its right near my apartment on the 101 loop in phoenix, the closed sign is the one end of the loop that is not finished yet, they did i there because at that time of the night almost no traffic is there, Xander and Jeller would prob recognize the area, we drove around there when they were out here
