Only thing I can imagine is most of these people wouldn’t be able to get references, but you can’t introduce reference rule on all (unless it’s a pistol and you’re in NY), and like you said people can go crazy at any point in time it seems. So here is the next question now that we know where the problem is. Can these individuals that snap be somehow discovered and attended to before it’s too late? They aren’t like the Bieber Plotters, they do it quick and on a whim, with no other connections or financial gain/profit. Part 2. Can we hire the next crazie to go after Beebs first before doing anything. Part 3. Self reportation of crazies. Give them all the guns they want. Give them recognition they want.
