I can type whole emails with little to no errors and I have only had it since friday. ---

fuck the iPhone and AT&T heard on O&A this morning that Anthony went on vacation and brought his iPhone with him. Apparently he got a bill of like $600.00 or something crazy like that because the phone “phones home” all the time, even if your not using it. He supposedly got sent a bunch of pictures from one of their employees and that’s what racked the bill up. they were saying how this happened to a TON of people on the unlimited data plan and that there is a class action lawsuit underway against AT&T. I was actually very close to buying an iPhone/at&t contract until I heard this. fucking ripoff :tdown: I’m going Verizon instead FTW do they have an unlimited data service? ---

He wasn’t using the phone while roaming and got a $600 bill, or he downloaded a bunch of pictures while roaming and got a $600 bill? Because one makes me say fuck AT&T, while the makes me say fuck him. I doubt someone with Anthony’s money vacations in network. ---

The iPhone automatically checks mail and downloads it, apparently even while “off”. So, if you go out of the country and roam…ouch. ---

nah, I believe he was on a cruise, so he was out of the network… but he didn’t choose to download the pictures… it does it automatically, thus the high phone bill. :tdown: he’s loaded anyway so like you said… probably isn’t a huge deal, but still good info to know. Don’t go out of the country with the phone unless you get your service temporarily shut down (or leave it at home) ---
